Schools Out...

Nothing says summer has started like a good silly string fight with friends.
We started it off a little like the Hunger Games.  On "GO!" the kids ran to the center, grabbed the silly string and went after each other.

Bring on Summer!

Terracotta Warriors...

Blossom and her warrior yell.

The Terracotta Warrior exhibit at the Pacific Science Center was really good.

We learned so much about ancient China.

After viewing the exhibit we enjoyed lunch outside.
It's May and no one is quite use to the bright sun yet.

Then it was time for the dinosaurs.  We saved them for last because Blossom loves dinosaurs so much I new she wouldn't want to leave.  We did manage to see the other exhibits but we stayed until closing.

Blossom and her friend had so much fun together.

Blossom loves all the creepy crawly things on this earth and may be our new Scientist.

Trampoline Zone...

We took a day off from school to celebrate a friend's birthday at Trampoline Zone.

Afterwards, we had a birthday lunch at Dairy Queen.

Padilla Bay...

Padilla Bay is a treasure.  I shouldn't wait so many years between visits.

Blossom loved the hidden treasures in thy mystery box!

The rabbit fur was super soft.

 That's a big oyster!
Lots of fish and sea stars to look at.

Blossom was busy exploring while the big kids were learning about estuaries.

Then it was time to hit the beach and look for critters.

It was a windy cold day but we were dressed for it and Blossom had a great time.
