Appel Farms Field Trip...

This little gem is nesseled on the outsirts of Ferndale, WA.  A small cheese farm with a beautiful little shop and eatery.

I love these pictures of Blossom.  She is out going, friendly, strong and fiercely independent at times.
She is no shrinking violet.  Her posture screams confidence.  Shoulders back, eyes keenly set.  I hope she never looses this confidence.

Terracotta Warriors...

Blossom and her warrior yell.

The Terracotta Warrior exhibit at the Pacific Science Center was really good.

We learned so much about ancient China.

After viewing the exhibit we enjoyed lunch outside.
It's May and no one is quite use to the bright sun yet.

Then it was time for the dinosaurs.  We saved them for last because Blossom loves dinosaurs so much I new she wouldn't want to leave.  We did manage to see the other exhibits but we stayed until closing.

Blossom and her friend had so much fun together.

Blossom loves all the creepy crawly things on this earth and may be our new Scientist.

Chihuly Garden Field Trip...

Blue sky and Puget Sound from the Space Needle.  This never gets old.

This outing was a field trip to see the Chihuly Gardens and the Space Needle was added bonus.

Silly photos with virtual statues and some yummy Mod Pizza wrapped up our space needle visit.

Everything in the Chihuly Garden Museum is amazing and beautiful.  Pictures do not do it justice.

And while the big kids and I were in Seattle, Blossom was having an amazing time looking for worms at Grammy and Wayne's.

Padilla Bay...

Padilla Bay is a treasure.  I shouldn't wait so many years between visits.

Blossom loved the hidden treasures in thy mystery box!

The rabbit fur was super soft.

 That's a big oyster!
Lots of fish and sea stars to look at.

Blossom was busy exploring while the big kids were learning about estuaries.

Then it was time to hit the beach and look for critters.

It was a windy cold day but we were dressed for it and Blossom had a great time.
