Last weekend I took two of my boys to the Mushroom show at Bloedel Donavan. This show is only held once a year and for many years in a row I have missed the opportunity to attend.

There were tables and tables of mushroom displays. They were so well done. There was a free sample of sauteed mushrooms on baguette, and a hands on table but the majority of the displays were for looking only. One table even had kits on how to grow your own edible varieties at home.
