On January 6th I placed a large envelope of paperwork into the mail. It's destination - Everett, WA. By Saturday the 11th, all 3 of the people I asked to be references had received their letters and forms to fill out regarding the character and parenting of Josh and I.
Last Sunday, the 19th, one or two of those forms were still being filled out.
Josh and I received our letters to get fingerprinted on the 13th. We took care of that on Tuesday the 21st of this week. (the first available appointment.)
A week here and a week there. It slowly adds up and I still see our home study being sometime in late February.
Wow! Good for you. You will provide such a great home for any child.
