Brace Yourself . . .

We've entered the land of monthly orthodontics payments.

BEFORE . . . .
AFTER . . .
Excited but in some discomfort.  He'll be able to choose the color of the bands at each appointment.  Today he chose orange and green.  Back in my day is was just plain old opaque.

      Yep. The excitement lasted all of 30 minutes. Then the ache set in. Motrin is taking the edge off at the moment.

    Oh man, my mouth hurts just lookin' at him. I never understood why my parents tortured me with braces.
